One Sweet(heart) Deal!

So apparently there’s some mushy, lovey-dovey holiday coming up this weekend. That’s what I’m told. Supposedly, it’s a day of celebrating your love for one another, giving gifts, fancy dinners, chocolates, etc.

Yep, it’s that time. Valentine’s Day. Up until I got married, I think I was single almost every single Valentine’s Day. My relationships never really timed themselves right, so I spent a lot of V-Day’s in front of the television, vegging out to old movies and Charlie Brown specials. Not that I minded. I really like Charlie Brown.

Now, I’m constantly surrounded by saccharinely sweet, doting couples. And I LOVE my job! I love getting to share in the special bond that my clients have. Every day seems like Valentine’s Day around here, so I suppose it makes up for all the years that I went dateless.
